Large Hallmarked Silver Sifter

A large, well made solid silver sugar sifter.

This wonderful hallmarked silver sifter was crafted by Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd and was assayed in London in 1931. The hallmarks are slightly rubbed yet still distinguishable.

This piece does have some signs of use with a minor dent on the top and a dink to the base which can be seen in the photos. We have left it up to the purchaser as to whether they wish to correct these. These imperfections are also reflected in the price.

This sifter stands19cm high, has a diameter of 7.5cm at its widest point and weighs 222g.
